Contract Opportunity: Cloud DevOps Engineer
Hybrid | 1–2 days per week on-site in Oxford
Initial 3–6 month engagement
£550/day | Outside IR35

Morela is proud to be supporting our growing technology partner as they scale their cloud operations and we’re on the lookout for someone who knows their CI from their CD.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines
• Automating infrastructure with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi
• Supporting robust cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Troubleshooting across build and deploy pipelines
• Collaborating with devs, testers, and ops in an Agile environment

What You Bring:

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Comfort with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Confidence in scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code
• A problem-solving mindset and some jokes for the stand-ups (optional but appreciated)

The Offer:

• £550/day
• Outside IR35
• Hybrid setup – 1–2 days/week in Oxford

• Likely extension beyond initial term
