Own process. Drive change. Shape your own future.

If you’ve ever wanted to lead transformation – not just follow it – this is your opportunity to design and deliver business-critical processes from scratch.

This newly created role puts you in the driving seat, giving you the autonomy to implement workflows that make a real difference. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and lay the foundation for what could become a growing team under your leadership.

It’s an exciting time to join. The organisation is expanding and deeply committed to sustainability, making it a future-focused, meaningful place to work. You'll use BPM tools and methodologies to bring structure and clarity where it's needed most – ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and smart systems thinking across the business.

What you’ll do

  • Design and implement business processes using BPM tools and formal modelling techniques
  • Map workflows and visualise change that aligns with regulatory and operational goals
  • Partner with IT teams to align system changes with process evolution
  • Define SLAs, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive delivery
  • Collaborate across departments to create joined-up, future-ready operations
  • Set the groundwork for building a team around you as the function matures

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience delivering workflow improvements using formal process methodologies (BPM, BPMN etc.)
  • A background in regulated industries – you know how to bake compliance into every step
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of IT system change processes and how they connect to business operations
