As a Food Service Ambassador, you will work in any food and beverage outlet such as room service, restaurant and conference and events. You will prepare the area for service, welcome and seat guests, serve guests from the start to the finish of their dining or conference experience whilst providing personalized guest experience, upselling products, and meeting targets.

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum two years’ experience as a Food Service Ambassador (Waiter)
  • Previous employment within the hotel restaurant industry will be to your advantage
  • Must be able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays as per roster
  • Good knowledge of food & wine
  • Basic barista skills will be to your advantage
  • Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Willing to help out where need
  • Friendly personality and professional appearance
  • Must be customer service orientated
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Micros experience will be required
  • Must live the company values
