Public Area Team Leader (Monthly Paid) You will ensure our guests receive world-class service, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and order in the hotel’s public areas. As a Public Area Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day activities and responsibilities of the attendants responsible for servicing all guest and staff public spaces around the hotel. You will also control daily cleaning supply stock, conduct daily inspections and ensure maximum guest satisfaction by providing safe, clean and comfortable guest and staff public spaces. Ensuring that relevant work is carried out across all areas of the hotel containing public spaces, including passages, lifts, restrooms, lobbies, lounges, restaurants, conferencing venues, gyms, car parks, and basements, as well as offices, will form part of this role. You will oversee the deep clean of areas, the usage, handling and storing of cleaning materials and equipment, as well as the correct handling and disposing of waste. Your Matric Certificate and proven track record of relevant experience in a 4* or equivalent environment will set you apart. You can work various shifts (late, early and night). With strong organisational skills and confidence, you excel at managing efforts and performing well under pressure, all while maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
