As our Host, you are dynamic, motivational, and results-driven, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service whilst upholding the highest standards.

Your Matric Certificate and understanding of Micros and speed point machine operations, along with relevant upmarket restaurant experiences, will set you apart from the rest. You have experience in a similar position and are able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Your attendance, performance track record, and references speak for themselves.

Your passion for the hospitality industry will see you far in this role. You can present yourself competently (as the first point of contact for guests) and be highly skilled in greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and providing them with menus and daily specials. You have both F&B and Dineplan knowledge and are prepared to go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’re willing to assist when required in other departments or with different tasks.

You will bring your exceptional skills in planning, structuring, and directing to lead projects effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment. Your results-oriented mindset and decisiveness will enable you to exceed expectations and consistently deliver excellence. With a strong focus on entrepreneurship, providing support, and maintaining client satisfaction, you will drive success and ensure that goals are not only met but exceeded.
