About the role

We are seeking a thorough, detail oriented HR Data & Systems Administrator to support the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS). This temporary role will be responsible for quality checking our HR data, ensuring it is accurate and up to date, migrating our data into our new platform, and maintaining strong data governance. In this role you will also be required to contribute to audits of HR files and general HR administrative tasks to maintain high-quality service delivery.‑oriented

What you’ll be getting up to

  • Conduct audits of our employee files, records and existing HR system to ensure our data is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain our files and trackers to ensure our information remains accurate and reliable
  • Lead on collating, cleansing and preparing people data to enable a smooth transition to our new HRIS
  • Contribute to creating helpful guides, documentation and training materials that make the new system easy for colleagues to use
  • Support the HRIS rollout by updating communications and offering support to colleagues who have system questions
  • Support with day‑to‑day HR tasks such as preparing employment documentation, updating systems and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities

In order to excel in this role you need…

  • To have regularly worked with HR systems such as HiBob or BambooHR
  • To have worked in a data-intense or highly administrative role
  • A strong understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, employee records and contract changes
  • A keen eye for detail – ensuring information is accurate and complete is your strength
  • To be discrete – you’ll be working with confidential information, and you’ll manage this with professionalism.
  • To be organised – you can work to a project plan, ensuring tasks are completed on-time

Our benefits

  • Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • Location: Remote – working from home
  • Working Pattern: We’re looking for a candidate to work full-time across a 3 -6-month period but we can be flexible on working hours to suit you
