Slightly unusual role in this week. A property development company, who specialise in small scale residential development work, are looking to use the services of an in house legal adviser to assist them internally.
The work will involve the land purchase process, not the conveyancing transactions at the end of the development. The company have ongoing business acquiring land for development and it is this side of the work they require assistance with.
You would be working as a consultant to the company, providing advice and assistance as and when needed as they go through negotiations to purchase development land. You will not be acting for the company, simply undertaking work as their in house legal adviser.
The work is ad hoc (no guaranteed hours). Fully remote - no need to go into the firm's offices.
