A well-established South Yorkshire firm is looking for an experienced practice manager/compliance officer to manage their Barnsley office. The firm is looking for a candidate who is approved by the SRA as a COFA and is or can become a member of the Institute of Legal Finance & Management and maintain compliance with:
The Solicitors Regulation Authority
The Law Society
The Legal Aid Agency
The Lexcel Practice Management Standards
HM Revenue & Customs and other Government departments
All other relevant authorities
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
