MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: 

 

  • Obtains or exchanges information on priorities or specific work-related requirements.
  • Effectively conducts a three-way analysis to verify the movement of vehicles and tonnages recoded on the camera surveillance system (weighbridge system) LIMS, Qlik application and SAP system correspond.
  • Initiates investigation and queries into specific transactional variances and tracks progress on the resolution.
  • Attends to the generation and forwarding of distribution reports and exchanging information with departments.
  • Inputs sales order information onto the system when relieving or providing support with telesales activities.
  • Adheres to and conforms to the safety, hygiene and housekeeping rules and standards during the execution of activities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL QUALITIES:

 

  • Grade 12
  • Degree or Diploma in Administration or Supply Chain would be advantageous
  • 2 years SAP applications and Distribution & Administrative experience
  • Computer literacy (office suite)
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Must be able to work independently, able to handle pressure.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
