MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

  • Control of the Debtors ledger, including Chain Stores
  • Reconciliation of Debtor accounts
  • Handle Debtor inquiries
  • Credit Vetting of New & Changed Credit Applications as per procedure
  • Attend and follow through with Customer Claims
  • Attend to Adhoc from time to time

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL QUALITIES:

  • Matric and in possession of, or with progress towards, a Credit Management Diploma, or equivalent will be advantageous
  • At least 5 years previous experience in the Credit field,  computer literate (MS Word, Outlook & Proficient in Excel)
  • SAP knowledge/experience an added advantage
  • Ideally have FMCG/Manufacturing experience
  • Attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication
  • skills – possession of a valid Driver’s Licence would be an advantage
