About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated internal candidate to join our team as a Sales Consultant. This role centers on delivering exceptional service, managing outbound calls, and driving product awareness. This is an on-site position based in the Johannesburg CBD, requiring strong collaboration with our sales teams to achieve our collective objectives.

Key Responsibilities 

● Conducting high-quality outbound calls. 

● Consulting with clients and providing accurate product information. 

● Facilitating seamless sales processes and addressing client queries. 

● Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting defined sales targets.

● Strong ability to handle objections effectively.

● Must possess the ability to adapt and solve problems.

● Gather, verify, and capture client information accurately for credit and loan approvals.

Requirements 

● Proven track record in sales. 

● Clear ITC and clear criminal record (must be below R5000). 

● Strong interpersonal and objection-handling skills. 

● Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach. 

● Commitment to excellent timekeeping and professional accountability (High attendancerecord). 

● A winning attitude and a team-success mindset. 

● No Final warning in file.

• Matric 

• Clear Credit (ITC) Record 

• Clear Criminal Record

• NQF 5 FAIS 120 credits 

•  1 - 3 Years Sales Experience in Banking (Advantage - if you have sold activations )
