Job Title: ISO Compliance Assistant

Location: Hatfield

Salary: £35,000

Benefits: HUGE list of company benefits plus 1-2 days a week WFH.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00-5.00pm

 

Must Have; Knowledge of ISO standards and legal compliance in a head office environment - Business or Law based Degree beneficial

Purpose of role:

To maintain and monitor the on-going compliance activities of the business ensuring all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, documented and communicated

 

Duties-

  • Understanding of how compliance fits into broader governance structures.
  • Knowledge of compliance best practices.
  • Awareness of internal compliance procedures, controls, and risk management practices.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in a compliance, risk, audit, legal, or administrative support role in a regulated environment
  • Complete compliance spreadsheets and check sheets, monitoring branch progress
  • Keeping business up to date through the completion of compliance questionnaires
  • Assist with adhoc audits, the completion of various Compliance spreadsheets and check sheets, monitoring the progress
  • Administrate various Compliance training activities across HQ i.e. e-Learning
  • Upload and maintain policies and procedures on the Branch intranet
  • Liaise with the business units to maintain compliance and awareness

 

To be considered for this role you must-

  • Strong understanding of ISO standards, policies, legislation and regulation
  • Co-ordination of Employee Training
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to undertake a variety of analysis and maintain accuracy and quality
  • Strong report writing skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail
