Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Biggleswade
Contract Type: 12-Week Temp to Perm (Permanent employment after successful completion of probation)
Shifts: Rotating – 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm

About the Role

We are working in partnership with a well-established company based in Biggleswade to recruit multiple Warehouse Operatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a modern, well-organised warehouse environment.

The role begins as a 12-week temporary contract with the opportunity for permanent position upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders accurately and efficiently.

• Loading and unloading goods.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

• Following health and safety guidelines at all times.

• Working as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines.

• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or similar experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided).

• Ability to work to targets and deadlines.

• Good level of physical fitness (some manual handling required).

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamworking skills.
