🧾 Job Purpose:

To provide a warm, professional, and efficient bar service to members and guests of the members club. You’ll ensure a clean, welcoming environment while serving drinks and snacks, maintaining high standards of customer service and cleanliness.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

• Operate tills and handle cash/card transactions accurately

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, lounge, and seating areas

• Restock and rotate stock in the bar area and cellar

• Engage warmly with members and guests, providing excellent customer service

• Monitor and comply with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service

• Assist with event setups (e.g., tournaments, private functions)

• Report any issues or incidents to the Bar/Clubhouse Manager

• Ensure hygiene, health & safety standards are maintained at all times

✅ Person Specification:

Essential:

• Previous experience working in a bar or hospitality setting

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

• Flexible and willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Smart appearance and friendly manner

Desirable:

• Knowledge of cellar management and basic bar stock control

• Familiarity with golf club environments or members’ clubs
