Main purpose: To equip successful candidates to gain practical skills, knowledge and work experience within the SIU's Programme Portfolio Division.

Minimum qualification and experience: Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Statistics or Mathematical or Computer Science (NQF 6/7). No experience required.

Competencies: Interpersonal skills, well organized individual, attention to detail, committed, dedicated, hardworking with good time management skills. Must have ethics and integrity.

1. The SIU internship programme is targeted for the youth ages 18 – 35.
2. Candidates must not be currently participating on another internship programme or have previously participated on an internship programme.
