Main purpose: To conduct integrity screening in line with SIU policies and procedures and to implement the screening process from beginning to finalisation. To assist with internal investigations. To facilitate ethics compliance programmes and practices within the SIU in accordance with prescripts of the law. To conduct vetting fieldwork investigations. Minimum qualification and experience: Relevant B Degree /National Diploma in Risk, Law, Fraud, Ethics, Management, or similar professional qualification (NQF 6/7). Three (3) years’ experience in risk assessments, screening or vetting within an ethics-related environment. Experience in forensic investigation environment would be advantageous. A valid driver’s licence. Key performance areas (Include but not limited to): Background Screenings – Conduct integrity screening (including continuous screening/rescreening or lifestyle audits) in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures. Collect and preserve relevant information on applicants through fieldwork and truth veracity testing. Ethics Compliance – Promote a strong enterprise culture of compliance. Conduct benchmarks to evaluate products and services to ensure ethics compliance with fraud, waste and abuse, and other relevant laws and regulations. Ethics Risk Assessment. Internal Investigations.
