Main purpose: To equip successful candidates to gain practical skills, knowledge and work experience within the SIU's Programme Portfolio Division.

Minimum qualification and experience: Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Human or Social Sciences or Research or equivalent (NQF 5/6/7). No experience required.

Interpersonal skills, well organized individual, attention to detail, committed, dedicated, hardworking with good time management skills. Must have ethics and integrity.

Computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

PLEASE NOTE:

1. The SIU internship programme is targeted for the youth ages 18 – 35.
2. Candidates must not be currently participating on another internship programme or have previously participated on an internship programme.
3. Candidates must be unemployed.
