Responsible for the development of design inputs / solutions across the range of Severn Valves and the redesign / retrofit of OEM across the industry supply of competitor products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Special Control, Butterfly and Choke Valves to meet API & ASME standards.
• Design calculations to meet PED / Technical requirements.
• Re-engineer and retrofit valve solutions
• Engineering design to OEM valves
• Produce detail manufacturing & arrangement drawings, BOM’s
• Interface with Group Technical / Design Units
• Fast track design across all disciplines
• Undertake projects to improve Design Group performance

Education and/or Experience:

Higher National Certificates/Diplomas or equivalent from college; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
