Business Support Administrator

Location: Head Office, Tamworth

Hours: Full‑time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our busy head office team. In this varied role, you will provide essential administrative and business support to ensure the smooth running of Head Office and assist colleagues and clients across our nationwide care services.

You will play a key part in maintaining efficient operations, supporting internal teams, and ensuring that visitors, clients, and staff receive a professional and helpful experience.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the business, greeting visitors, and managing incoming calls professionally.
  • Managing hotel reservations and liaising with agencies and external partners.
  • General Office Administration including scanning, data entry, filing and document management
  • Maintaining accurate mileage records and supporting fleet‑related compliance tasks.
  • Producing, updating, and maintaining client contracts in line with company standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational processes such as  scheduling services for care equipment, coordinating Electrical PAT testing, and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Competent using standard office software and digital systems.
