Are you looking to kickstart a career where no two days are the same and you can make a real difference to people’s working lives? We’re looking for a People Services Team Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive People team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a CIPD Level 3 qualification, giving you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to build a successful career in HR.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be at the heart of our People Services Team, supporting a wide range of activities and learning how HR makes a real impact. You’ll:

  • Support day-to-day HR and onboarding activity
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Respond to queries from managers and colleagues, learning how to provide great HR advice
  • Assist with people data and reporting
  • Get involved in training, projects, and initiatives that improve employee experience

What we’re looking for

You don’t need lots of experience—just the right attitude and passion to learn:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4/C or above)
  • A genuine interest in people and HR
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to get involved
  • Organised, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
  • Eager to learn, develop, and build a career
