Radis Community Care have an opportunity for an Employee Relations Partner to join our busy People Services Team.

Location: Home Based with regular visits to our Tamworth Head Office and Services (as required)

Are you an experienced ER professional who thrives on solving complex people challenges and making a genuine difference? We’re looking for an Employee Relations Partner to join our People Services team and play a key role in shaping a fair, supportive, and high-performing workplace.

This is an opportunity to move beyond purely case management and truly partner with managers, building their confidence, improving outcomes, and driving a positive employee experience across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

In this varied and impactful role, you’ll:

• Manage a broad range of complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and safeguarding issues
• Partner with managers to provide clear, pragmatic advice that leads to fair and consistent outcomes
• Coach and support managers through challenging conversations and formal processes
• Take ownership of cases from start to resolution, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
• Identify risks early and proactively manage potential escalation, including sensitive or high-risk situations
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with employment law and regulatory standards
• Use ER data and trends to provide insight, identify themes, and drive improvements in people practices and employee experience

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience managing complex employee relations casework
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Confidence in influencing and coaching managers at all levels
• A calm, balanced approach to handling sensitive and complex situations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive mindset with a focus on solutions and continuous improvement
• Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
