Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Support Team role of Payroll Administrator based at our head office in Tamworth

About the role

As a Payroll Administrator you will have your own work station within the large Head office in Tamworth situated a 10 minute drive from the M42. Private non chargeable parking is available. You will be part of a small friendly, supportive, well established, experienced  team.

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm,  some Hybrid working upon successful completion of probation period

A Payroll Administrator will be, completing the pay (weekly, monthly and four weekly) for all the Radis Group companies (Approx 2500 Members of Staff) are undertaken accurately and on time.

You will Assist in ensuring that all payroll related items are correctly recorded in the Group’s accounting records whilst ensuring the companies abide with all current HMRC rules regarding pay and employment. Liaising with department colleagues, branches, and other support team members to provide assistance with all payroll related matters.

You will also assist in preparing end of period accounting reports, exception reports, statistics and analyses and undertaking all end of year processing for the HMRC submissions. Part of the role also includes creating new starters, including liaising with our training department, processing P45 on the system and with HMRC.

Skills and Qualifications required for the role

The position requires experience in using IRIS Cascade Payroll with some familiarity with ETMS/Database time recording systems would be ideal (CM2000, Webroster, APP, Access People Planner or similar). You will need to have at least 2 to 3 years experience in Payroll.

We are looking for someone who is well organized, used to working to tight deadlines, flexible with doing other tasks within the finance department as and when required, with a willingness to learn and develop.
