Radis Community Care are looking for a Full Time Senior Carer / Team Leader to join our team based in Cambridge, CB4 3EY. Richard Newcombe has 46 two bedroom apartments designed to help local residents to retain as much independence and control over their lives as possible. This is a Full Time position, 50/50 Care and Admin, including a mixture of Shifts and Office Hours (9am - 5pm). 37.5 hours, per week, contract. At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role. About the role As a Team Leader in our Extra Care Scheme, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care by overseeing care packages and supporting both people we support and Radis Staff. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and a commitment to upholding dignity, choice, and respect in every aspect of care delivery. You will:

Skills and Qualifications required for the role Previous experience as a Team Leader will be desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care working towards Level 3, or happy to gain the qualification. You will have good written and verbal commination skills and have a willingness to learn in line with the people we supports needs and expectations. This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check. A driving license with access to a vehicle will be desirable but not essential.
