Production Operative

PROMAN are currently recruiting for production operatives for our client, a prestigious boiler company based at their production factory in Bamber Bridge, Preston. The Operative is responsible for working with the Production Operatives to manufacture and assemble products in accordance with the Production Plan and business requirements

Immediate starts available- temp to perm roles

Production Operative Hours and pay rate.

Mon-Thurs 6:15am-4pm.

Production Operative Pay Rate: -

£12.00 with overtime paid at £18 and £24

After 3 months, pay rate increases to £13.38 with overtime paid at £20.07 and £26.76.

Production Operative job role:-

• • Working as part of a team to ensure the factory KPIs and objectives are delivered.
  • Manufacture and assembly of Boiler products using specialist equipment and machinery.
  • Responsible for carrying out basic tasks allocated by the Supervisory Management Team in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring a high standard of Housekeeping is maintained throughout the factory.
  •  Support the Factory Operatives with other tasks as and when required within the day to day running of the factory.
  • Carry out any other tasks which are deemed to be reasonable and relevant within any production area of the Factory.
  • Operate in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company Policy and departmental procedures.
  • Demonstrate the willingness and desire to work co-operatively and supportively with others as a member of a team in order to achieve factory targets.
  • Receive, handle and allocate materials to meet production requirements.
  • The ability to work alongside the Factory Operatives with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Final assembly of the product.
  • Finish and pack the finished product onto a pallet.
