🚀 On-Site Coordinator – Afternoon Shift

Sunday to Thursday | Core hours 12:30pm–8:30pm or 1:00pm–9:00pm
£12.98 per hour + £1.02 per hour afternoon allowance (£14.00 per hour total)

We’re looking for a proactive On-Site Coordinator to oversee afternoon site operations while also supporting recruitment and workforce growth. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll truly make an impact.


💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Operational Coordination

  • Acting as the main on-site contact during your shift

  • Managing attendance, shift planning, and workforce performance

  • Supporting productivity and ensuring site compliance

  • Resolving queries quickly and professionally

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Screening and interviewing candidates

  • Coordinating inductions and right-to-work checks

  • Building a strong pipeline of reliable workers

  • Supporting workforce planning to meet site demands

You won’t just manage the shift — you’ll help build and strengthen the team behind it.


⏰ Shift Pattern & Flexibility

  • Sunday to Thursday

  • Core hours: 12:30pm–8:30pm or 1:00pm–9:00pm

  • Some flexibility may be required to meet business needs (e.g. supporting peak periods, recruitment events, or occasional earlier/later cover)
