CNC Machine Operator – Elland (HX5)

Shifts & Pay Rate:

Days- Monday to Thursday 06.00am start and 18.00pm finish (12 hour shifts)

• Pay ranges from £12.34 to £12.86 per hour. (Depending on experience)

• Temporary to Permanent opportunity. *Client are happy to also offer straight perm contract as well.*

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for CNC Machine Operators to join our client based in Elland. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work within a successful manufacturing business.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of woodworking machinery, including:

• Edge banders

• Drills

• Crosscut saws

• Beam saws

• Routers

Experience & Requirements:
Previous experience within the wood manufacturing industry is highly desirable. Candidates with the following experience will be considered:

• Operating woodworking machinery (edge banding, crosscut saws, drills, CNC, beam saws)

• Working within a production/manufacturing environment

• Replenishing stock to correct warehouse locations

• Quality checking outgoing stock

• Wood machinist/manufacturing background

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing/production setting

• Ability to operate wood machinery confidently

• Strong timekeeping and reliable attendance

• Knowledge and experience with machinery from manufacturers such as;

• Biesse
• Homag
• Holzma
• Morbidelli
• SCM
• IMA
• Nanxing
