📢 PROMAN Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Lift Supervisor to join a busy construction project in Ipswich (IP12). This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a long-term project, ensuring safe and efficient lifting operations on site.

📍 Location: Ipswich, IP12
💷 Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour (UTR/CIS)
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 5:00pm

👷 The Role

As a Lift Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing all lifting activities on site, ensuring operations are carried out safely and in line with current regulations.

✅ Key Responsibilities

🏗️ Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site
📋 Review lift plans and method statements before operations commence
🦺 Ensure lifting activities are conducted safely and in accordance with site procedures and regulations
🤝 Liaise with crane operators, slinger/signallers, and site management teams
🗣️ Conduct pre-lift briefings and ensure all personnel understand the lifting plan
👀 Monitor lifting operations to maintain safety and efficiency at all times
📡 Maintain clear communication across the site team

🎯 Requirements

✅ Valid CPCS or NPORS Lift Supervisor Ticket (essential)
✅ Previous experience working as a Lift Supervisor on construction sites
✅ Strong understanding of lifting regulations and safety procedures
✅ Ability to effectively manage and coordinate lifting teams
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✅ Full PPE
