🚚 Van Driver / Warehouse Operative – Birmingham B37 | Temp to Perm

We’re recruiting Van Drivers who are also happy to support with picking and packing duties in a busy warehouse environment. Join a leading distributor of light and commercial vehicle parts, supplying over 35,000 repairers across the UK & Ireland.

📍 Location: Birmingham

🕒 Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30 (flexibility required)

• Two Saturdays per month: 08:00 – 12:00

💰 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour 📈 Contract Type: Temp to Perm

🔧 Role Overview: This is a dual-role position combining van deliveries with warehouse operative tasks. You’ll be responsible for accurate order picking, packing, and delivering parts to customer sites.

✅ Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting up to 25kg

• Previous van driving or warehouse experience beneficial

• Deliver automotive parts and products to customers using a company van

• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently

• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately

• Put stock away in designated warehouse locations

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible

• Good communication and teamwork skills
