🕒 Monday–Friday, 39 hours per week
💷 £12.84 per hour + shift premium + overtime ( £12.87-£25.68 )

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑focused Honing Operator to join our friendly production team. If you enjoy hands‑on work, care about accuracy, and want a role where you can grow your skills, this is a great opportunity.

Shift Options

• 05:00–13:00

Or

• 13:00–21:00
  Shift allocated based on business needs.

Pay Rates

• £12.84 per hour
• +20% premium for hours worked outside 08:00–16:30
• Weekday OT: £19.26
• Weekend OT: £25.68

What You’ll Do

• Perform rough and finish honing using air tools
• Follow company procedures and quality standards
• Support and train colleagues when needed
• Keep your workspace safe, tidy, and organised
• Work as part of a positive, supportive team

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 1 or 2 (preferred)
• Experience in engineering/assembly is a bonus
• Good manual dexterity
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Basic PC skills helpful
