Job Title: Food Production Operative

Location: Wigan WN3

Shifts: Various AM shifts between 6am-4pm, various PM shifts between 2pm-00.30am

Pay Rate: £12.21

***Full time positions available with an immediate start, this is a temp to perm role & full training will be provided***

***Please note this role involves working in a chilled environment and may involve handling food including meats & vegetables***

Shifts Available (Monday-Friday):

5:50am – 2pm (30 min felxibility on finish time)

6:50am – 3pm (30 min felxibility on finish time)

12:50pm – 10pm (30 min felxibility on finish time)

2.30pm – 10:30pm (30 min felxibility on finish time)

3.30pm – 11:30pm (30 min felxibility on finish time)

The Role & Responsibilities;

The role will include carrying out various production operative tasks such as:

-          Placing products into sleeves

-          Weighing ingredients

-          Quality checking

-          Metal detection

-          Completion of paperwork

-          Labelling

-          Packing

-          Following factory health & safety guidelines

The Successful Candidate;

The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual and hard working. This is a long term opportunity in a role offering great job security as part of a stable team. Previous production operative or packing experience would be essential.
