Job Title: Traffic Marshall

Location: CV33, Chesterton

Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Break unpaid)

Salary Range: £15/hour for Green CSCS and Traffic Marshall ticket to £17.50/hour for CPCS - Blue Card

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and responsible Traffic Marshall to join our team at the construction site located in CV33. The ideal candidate must possess either a Blue CPCS or Green CSCS card along with valid Traffic Marshall Tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing and managing site traffic to ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors.
• Coordinating with site management to facilitate smooth traffic flow.
• Monitoring and controlling access to the site.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Reporting any incidents or breaches of safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Valid Blue CPCS or Green CSCS card.
• Traffic Marshall Tickets.
• Own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Adherence to site dress code (shorts are not permitted).
• At least 3 years of experience as a Traffic Marshall.
