We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and friendly team producing high-quality cheese products enjoyed across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a respected local employer.

Fixed Shift Pattern

🕒 Monday to Friday

• 06:00 - 15:00 (Fixed Morning Shift)
• 14:00 - 22:00 (Fixed Afternoon Shift)

✅ No rotating shifts

Duties Include

• Packing and labelling products
• Quality checking finished goods
• Rubbing and handling cheese products
• Heavy lifting and manual handling duties
• Lifting and moving cheese blocks weighing up to 8kg
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Candidate Requirements

• Previous food production experience is desirable but not essential
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing setting, including a strong cheese aroma
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
