Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established food manufacturer? We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy team producing high-quality cheese products enjoyed across the UK.

Shift Pattern

🕒 Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 4:00pm

⚠️ Flexibility is required on Fridays during busy periods to support production demands.

Duties Include

• Working on the potting line
• Operating within both High Care and Low Care production areas
• Carefully packing finished, delicate pots into cardboard trays and boxes
• Packing and labelling products
• Quality checking finished goods
• Following food hygiene and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Candidate Requirements

• Previous food production experience is desirable
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing setting, including a strong cheese aroma
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
