FORKLIFT DRIVER Counterbalance & Reach

Forklift drivers must have experience and valid Counterbalance and Reach Licences.

Working hours:

• Monday-Friday: 39 hours per week
• Fixed mornings (Mon-Thru: 5am-1pm/ Fri: 5am-12pm) OR fixed afternoons (Mon-Thru: 1pm-9pm/ Fri: 12pm-7pm) – depending on business needs

Pay rates:

• £ 13.49- Standard rate (+20% premium for the hours worked outside of the company’s core hours – 8:00-16:30)
• OT during weekdays: £20.24
• OT Saturday & Sunday: £ 26.98

Role:

As a FLT driver you will be responsible for contributing towards operational best practices within a diverse team of people. Your duties will include:

• Carrying out tasks as per instructions from warehouse team leader and supervisor/ or as per process agreed with team leaders per day.
• Performing all FLT checks before using
• Operate trucks safely as per your training
• Picking and packing
• Loading & Unloading pallets and stock across the warehouse
• General warehouse duties
• Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail
• Heavy Lifting Involved
