Temp-to-Perm Paint Sprayer

Location: Bolton, BL3

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Temp-to-Perm Paint Sprayer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for long-term employment with a supportive and professional environment.

Working Hours:

• Week 1: 06:00–14:00 Monday-Friday
• Week 2: 07:00–16:45 Monday-Thursday
  Rotating fortnightly shifts.

Pay Rate:

• £15.75/hour for any hours worked up ot 39 hours/week
• £21.11/hour for any hours worked after 39 hours/week

Job Brief:

What will you do?

• Operate on a continuous flow automated line.
• Apply phosphate pre-treatment processes with precision.
• Work efficiently with heavy products.
• Paint tubular products to required specifications.
• Hang product fixtures for processing.
• Prepare products through masking and surface cleaning.

What will you need?

• Proven experience with 2-pack epoxy paint and single-pack primer paint.
• Ability to apply finishing coats to a high automotive standard.
• Proficiency in Wet Film Thickness (WFT) and Dry Film Thickness (DFT) testing.
• Knowledge of cross-hatch adhesion testing methods.
