Shifts & Hours

Permanent morning 05:00-13:00 Monday to Thursday // 05:00-12:00 Friday

Permanent afternoon 13:00-21:00 Monday to Thursday // 12:00-20:00 Friday

Flexibility required to occasionally cover — or potentially move permanently to — morning shifts.


Pay & Benefits

  • £12.84 per hour base rate
  • +20% shift allowance for hours worked outside core business hours £15.41
  • Overtime Rates:
    • Midweek: £19.26 per hour
    • Weekend: £25.68 per hour

About the Role

As an Assembly Team Member, you will work across several key areas of the production process, following approved standards and quality procedures. You’ll contribute to maintaining a high-quality output, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.

Core Areas You May Work In

Prep

  • Preparing raw components for production
  • Cleaning, deburring, and basic material handling
  • Ensuring components meet pre‑assembly standards

Machining / Honing

  • Precision finishing of internal bores
  • Working to tight tolerances at this critical accuracy stage
  • Directly impacting final component performance

Manifold

  • Working on the blocks that house the valves
  • Handling drilled channels that control hydraulic fluid paths
  • Understanding component flow requirements and accuracy needs

Valve Assembly

  • Assembling small precision components
  • Working with springs, seals, cartridges, and related parts
  • Ensuring quality, accuracy, and correct build sequence

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in assembly or engineering (preferred)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain strict quality standards
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to support different production areas
  • Strong commitment to Health & Safety
  • Physically capable of manual handling tasks
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and quality‑focused
