Pay Rate: £16.85 per hour (including shift allowance)
Overtime: £33.70 per hour (including shift allowance)

The Role

As a Manufacturing Production Operative, you’ll be part of a cutting-edge production team in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment. Full PPE and comprehensive training are provided, ensuring you’re set up for success.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Handling delicate silicon wafers with precision and care
• Using computer-based systems to track and manage production stages
• Loading products and running machines according to strict specifications
• Maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail throughout
• Wearing full PPE and operating in a controlled environment

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Good hand–eye coordination and dexterity
• Ability to pass a colour blindness test (essential)
• Commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards
• A team player with an eye for detail and a desire to grow
