About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our busy warehouse team. This is a varied role involving VNA truck operation, Reach truck driving, rework activities, and container unloading/loading. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring stock is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining high warehouse standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) and Reach Truck equipment safely and effectively.
• Loading and unloading containers.
• Completing rework tasks, including repacking, relabelling, and quality checks.
• Picking, packing, and moving stock throughout the warehouse.
• Stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
• Supporting other warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid VNA and Reach Truck licences/certificates (preferred).
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience with container work and manual handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible approach to work and willingness to undertake varied tasks.
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
