Warehouse Operative – Deeside

Location: Deeside, CH5 2LL Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off (Fixed Days or Fixed Nights)

Pay Rates: Day Shift: £13.71 per hour (07:00 – 19:00) Night Shift: £14.71 per hour (19:00 – 07:00)

Overtime: Day Shift £17.90 Night Shift £18.90

We are actively recruiting experienced and entry-level Warehouse Operatives to join a high-volume distribution operation in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity offering a structured shift pattern, competitive hourly rates, and a genuine work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient order picking and packing within a fast-paced distribution environment
• Loading, unloading, and systematic stock movement throughout the warehouse facility
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation
• Strict adherence to all health, safety, and compliance procedures
• Supporting team performance targets and operational KPIs

Shift Pattern:

• 4 consecutive days on, 4 consecutive days off
• Fixed Days: 07:00 – 19:00
• Fixed Nights: 19:00 – 07:00
• Consistent and predictable scheduling with a great work-life balance
• Overtime available for those wishing to maximise earnings

Candidate Requirements:

• No prior warehouse or logistics experience required — full on-site induction and training provided
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks in line with site guidelines
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining strong attendance
• Effective team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a high-throughput warehouse environment
