On-Site Account Manager

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Location: Deeside

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and professional On-Site Account Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Recruitment and HR experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and workers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment Management

    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to onboarding new starters.

    • Ensure staffing levels meet client requirements and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

  2. Candidate Management

    • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing support throughout their employment journey.

    • Handle performance reviews, disciplinaries, and employee relations with professionalism and fairness.

  3. Administration Management

    • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation relating to recruitment, HR, and compliance.

    • Ensure all processes are aligned with company policies and legal requirements.

  4. Payroll Completion

    • Oversee weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

    • Resolve payroll queries efficiently and liaise with finance teams when required.

  5. Client Management & Engagement

    • Build strong relationships with the client, acting as their trusted partner on-site.

    • Provide regular updates, KPI reporting, and proactive solutions to meet operational needs.

  6. HR Duties

    • Deliver HR support across the workforce, including disciplinaries, grievances, and policy guidance.

    • Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with employment law.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Recruitment and HR (essential)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage employee relations effectively

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
