Production / Manufacturing Operative – Full-Time
📍 Higher Walton, PR7
💷 £12.21 per hour + overtime at time and a half
🕒 Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm (42.5 hrs/week)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company, for Production / Machine Operatives to join their busy factory. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with experience as a factory operative, production operative, manufacturing operative or looking to start a career in production.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating industrial saws and drills (full training provided)

• Assembling components to order

• Using measuring tools & following production paperwork accurately

• Operating production machinery (once trained)

• Handballing – loading finished goods onto pallets

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a factory operative, warehouse operative, production operative or similar is an advantage – but not essential

• Physically fit – able to lift and move heavy objects

• Good attention to detail & able to follow instructions

• Strong team player with good communication skills
