Factory Operative – Line Feeder

Our client, a market leader in heating and hot water solutions, is currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join their growing Logistics Department.

Pay Rates

  • £13.03/hour – Morning Shift
  • Overtime Rates:
    • Weekdays: £17.37/hour
    • Saturday: £19.55/hour
    • Sunday: £26.06/hour

✅ Pay Increase After 12 Weeks

  • £13.52/hour – Morning Shift

Working Hours

  • Average 39 hours per week
  • Flexibility required: 24 to 45 hours per week depending on business needs

Key Responsibilities

As a Line Feeder, you will play a vital role in supporting production operations by ensuring manufacturing lines are supplied with the correct materials and components at all times. Duties include:

  • Supplying production lines with materials and components required for assembly.
  • Transporting stock, parts, and pallets between warehouse and production areas.
  • Monitoring stock levels on production lines and replenishing materials as required.
  • Using pallet trucks and other material-handling equipment safely.
  • Carrying out stock checks and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
  • Working closely with production operators, team leaders, and logistics colleagues.
  • Following all health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
