We’re looking for a proactive Construction Recruiter to join our London team!

What you’ll do:

• Use job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database to find and attract top talent
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess suitability
• Build and maintain a talent pool for upcoming roles
• Register new candidates and collect all required documents and certifications
• Complete forms and paperwork for site inductions and ensure compliance
• Keep candidate records updated and organised

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in administration, costumer service and/or recruitment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good level of English (spoken and written) – an additional European language is a big plus
• Some knowledge or background in construction would be an advantage
• A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
