Pay Rates

First 12 Weeks

• £13.03 per hour
• £17.37 per hour overtime (Monday-Saturday)
• £19.55 per hour overtime (Sunday)

After 12 Weeks

• £13.52 per hour
• £18.03 per hour overtime (Monday-Saturday)
• £20.28 per hour overtime (Sunday)

The Role

As a VNA / Logistics Operative, you'll be trained across a variety of warehouse and logistics functions to match your skills and experience. Duties may include:

• Operating VNA equipment
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Loading and unloading products
• Supporting warehouse operations
• Maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or VNA experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team player with a strong work ethic
