Pay & Benefits

Standard Rate: £13.49 per hour

Shift Premium: Additional 20% premium for hours worked outside core hours (08:00-16:30)

Overtime Rates:

• Weekdays: £20.24 per hour
• Saturdays & Sundays: £26.98 per hour

Working Hours

39 hours per week

Fixed Morning Shift

• Monday to Thursday: 05:00 - 13:00
• Friday: 05:00 - 12:00

No rotating shifts – enjoy a consistent schedule every week.

The Role

As a Forklift Truck Driver, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations and ensuring goods are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
• Completing daily pre-use FLT safety checks
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving pallets, stock, and materials throughout the warehouse
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Supporting general warehouse operations
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working closely with team leaders and supervisors to meet daily targets
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and care when handling products
• Supporting manual handling activities and heavy lifting when required

What We're Looking For

✅ Valid Counterbalance/Reach Truck licences

✅ Previous FLT driving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

✅ Strong commitment to health and safety

✅ Good attention to detail

✅ Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused attitude

✅ Flexibility to work overtime when required
