BENDI /PIVOT STEER Forklift Truck Operator Wanted in Tameside area!

Our client is currently seeking a reliable and experienced "Bendi truck" /"pivot steer” forklift truck operator to join their team at a busy warehouse in Tameside.

The pay rate for this position is up to £19.15 per hour!

This is a full-time position with the following details:

Dukinfield // NIGHT shift // Sunday 2300-0600 Monday to Thursday 2200-0600 // £19.15ph

In this role, you will play a key part in the safe and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse, and in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. 

The ideal candidate will have a valid, in date, uk "Bendi truck" / "pivot steer”,forklift licence from an external FLT training company , as well as at least 1 year experience in operating forklift trucks in a warehouse setting.

In addition to operating the forklift truck, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

• Loading and unloading items from vehicles
• Moving items within the warehouse
• Organizing and stacking items on pallets
• Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed
• Cleaning and maintaining the forklift truck and other equipment
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve warehouse targets

• Experience as a team leader would be an advantage.

This is a temporary position, but for the right candidate, there is a possibility of a permanent contract. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, punctual, and has a positive attitude towards work. You will need to be physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
