🧀 Food Production Operatives – Cropwell Bishop/Bingham Area | Immediate Start

We’re currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established cheese manufacturing site in Cropwell Bishop/Bingham area. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.

📍 Location: Cropwell Bishop/Bingham Area 💰 Pay Rate:

• £12.71 per hour (standard)

• £17.79 per hour (overtime after 39 hours)

🕒 Working Hours:

• Dairy Side: 6:30am – 3:00pm (Friday finish at 1:00pm)

• Weekend work may be required 

🔧 Dairy Duties Include:

• Turning and rubbing cheese to create the final finish

• Lifting 7–8kg blocks of cheese

• More physically demanding tasks

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Must be comfortable working in a strong-smelling (cheese) environment

• Induction will be completed in branch prior to starting

• Previous food production experience preferred
