PROMAN Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Lift Supervisor to join a busy construction project in Deeside (CH5). This is a great opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused professional to work with a well-established contractor on site. 👷‍♂️🏗️

📌 Job Details

Job Title: Lift Supervisor
📍 Location: Deeside, CH5
💷 Pay Rate: £22.50 per hour (UTR / CIS)
🕖 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:30pm
📈 Overtime Rates:
• Saturday – 1.5x pay
• Sunday – 1.5x pay
• Night Shift – 1.3x pay

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site
✔️ Ensure lifting activities are carried out safely and in accordance with regulations and site procedures
✔️ Work closely with crane operators, slinger/signallers, and site management
✔️ Review lift plans and method statements prior to operations
✔️ Conduct pre-lift briefings and ensure all personnel understand the lifting plan
✔️ Monitor lifting operations to ensure safety and efficiency
✔️ Maintain clear communication with the site team at all times

✅ Requirements

🎫 Valid CPCS or NPORS Lift Supervisor ticket (essential)
🏗️ Previous experience working as a Lift Supervisor on construction sites
📚 Good knowledge of lifting regulations and safety procedures
👥 Ability to manage and coordinate lifting teams effectively
🗣️ Strong communication and leadership skills
🦺 Full PPE
