Job Role: Account Coordinator
Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 DOE
Location: Midlands
We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing Managed Services team in the Midlands.
With onsite locations across both the West and East Midlands, this role will be based onsite at one of our key client locations, supporting recruitment delivery, candidate experience, payroll accuracy and client service excellence.
Here’s what you can expect to be doing as an Account Coordinator:
- Managing the temporary recruitment requirements for the onsite client
- Understanding workforce requirements and ensuring vacancies are filled within agreed timeframes
- Attracting and sourcing candidates using job boards, social media and internal systems
- Screening, interviewing and preparing candidates for onsite inductions and assessments
- Hosting and supporting inductions and onboarding processes
- Maintaining a strong candidate pool to support fulfilment needs
- Conducting regular candidate check-ins and shop floor walks to support engagement
- Responding to worker queries including pay and holiday questions
- Cross-checking timesheets and supporting payroll submissions
- Maintaining accurate trackers, KPI data and MI reporting
- Providing regular updates and communication to the onsite client stakeholders
- Managing absence reporting and supporting out-of-hours queries when required
A few things about you:
- Full driving licence and access to your own transport (travel between Midlands sites may be required)
- Professional telephone manner and presentation
- Confident interacting with people face-to-face and over the phone
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good level of education
- Previous recruitment or onsite coordination experience is desirable but not essential
