We are looking for a proactive Service Delivery Team Lead to support daily operations, ensure the protection and accuracy of customer information, and guide colleagues in delivering high‑quality service. You will coordinate daily workflows, maintain compliance standards, and act as a role model for best practice and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and supervise the operations team.
• Coordinate daily workloads to meet targets.
• Ensure processes are followed with high accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain strong housekeeping and a safe working environment.
• Report H&S, quality or security incidents immediately.
• Support audits and team training.
• Lead by example in customer service and company values.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience or ambition to supervise a team.
• IT‑confident and solutions‑focused.
• Flexible and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to pass required security checks.

Preferred

• Warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of the O’Neil system.
• Driving license and own transport.
